Customer Support IFR France provides an efficient customer support, within the maintenance contract, in order to answer with reactivity to customers’ questions and needs. This support is available by phone (hotline), emails and web-based CRM.

Training

IT Administrators, super-users and end-users are educated on our solutions both on settings aspects and business processes, in order to fully taking advantage of the installed product. Recognized as a training centre, IFR France offers two kinds of trainings :

> Inter-company trainings:


It unfolds in our premises in Toulouse, Blagnac. Training subjects and schedules are updated annually.

> Intra-company trainings:


It unfolds either on customers’ site or in our premises in Toulouse, Blagnac. We offer a standard catalogue that can be customized to answer more closely users’ specific needs and demands. In that case, training sessions will be custom built.

Data Upload

From the software implementation to the customers’ fleet extension, IFR France is able to integrate every kind of data from other information system into our solutions. This enhanced capacity of uploading and exporting data offers you a time saving and a control over risk.
